許多民眾相當重視吃下肚的東西,就怕一不小心面臨洗腎。腎臟科醫師洪永祥在臉書發文表示,台灣人每九個就有一個慢性腎衰竭,為了避開洗腎的危險,列出10種常見的「傷腎大魔王」,提醒「務必放在心中,不要輕易放進口中」。

洪永祥在臉書粉絲專頁「洪永祥醫師的慢性腎衰竭攻城療法」發文表示,人類出生約有兩百萬顆腎絲球,要使用一輩子,腎絲球不會再生,死掉一顆就少一顆,「人類壽命不斷的延長,腎臟的存款一定要省著點用,將來老了才能避開洗腎的危險」。

為此,洪永祥列出10種相當常見的傷腎大野狼,示警「相信你很多都有在吃」,他直言經常吃這類的食物,會口渴、水腫、變胖、小便出現泡泡,在不知不覺當中腎功能就會退化的比同年齡的快。

第十名 早餐穀物:

早餐穀物,包含玉米片、小麥片、燕麥片等的主要成分是裹了糖的碳水化合物,絕對是最糟糕的披著洋皮的狼。主打健康的穀片,宣稱低脂肪、低膽固醇、高纖;讓人誤以為跟天然的糙米、燕麥、五穀米等富含高纖維生素礦物質蛋白質等是一樣健康的穀物。

第九名 蔥花肉鬆捲與奶酥麵包:

蔥花肉鬆捲麵包熱量高達565大卡,約莫2碗飯的熱量,另外日式麵包無論奶酥、紅豆、芋頭、克林姆都是超高油鹽糖的食物,這些超甜傷腎日式麵包的第一名就是奶酥麵包,一個奶酥麵包高達540卡,這是因為奶酥內餡主要是由奶油、奶粉、糖混合製作而成,「不但吃進去了高熱量其內餡更含有較多的反式脂肪、飽和脂肪酸,吃多也是會讓身體造成腎臟極大負擔。」

第八名​燒餅油條:

燒餅油條的製作過程也要加入油脂,它是將麵粉先揉成麵糰,再丟入油鍋中炸。油溫越高,風險也就越高,高溫油炸更產生了丙烯醯胺與多環芳香烴的傷腎致癌風險。

另外很多油條等食品業者為了增加酥脆口感,多會使用含有重金屬「鋁」的膨脹劑,人體若攝取過多的鋁,可能會影響腦部腎臟,誘發失智與腎衰竭。

第七名 鍋貼:

高熱量包餡食物傷腎排行榜第1名為鍋貼,因為一份高達750大卡與超過一餐需要的熱量,包餡食物是國人三餐經常的方便選擇,經常攝取是國人造成代謝症候群的非常常見原因,「吃著吃著就吃出肥胖、高血壓、高血脂與糖尿病,腎功能就一日一日流失」。

第六名 肉鬆肉乾與香腸:

肉鬆事實上很多營養加工食品,會用大量的油、醬油、糖與鹽調味,加工過程中幾乎胺基酸、維生素營養耗盡,只剩下高油鹽糖調味加工食品,尤其是糖尿病人及腎臟病人,就不宜吃肉鬆。

第五名 鐵板麵:

鐵板麵是我心目中所有早餐中最傷腎的食物,高油鹽糖鐵板麵全包了,鐵板麵除了高熱量每一百公克的油麵熱量就有361卡,鈉含量更是高達712毫克,鐵板面的調味包通常是預先做好的,裡面有各式各樣的調味成分跟勾芡,不僅很油也很鹹,熱量驚人,且經過鐵板上高溫烹煮的鐵板麵,容易卡上陳年焦炭,異環胺、丙烯醯胺與多環芳香烴增加罹癌風險。

第四名 三寶飯:

烤鴨、烤雞的脆皮是因為醃料中含糖,經過烘烤後雖然香氣十足,但熱量也是驚人。叉燒是由五花肉製成,本身為高脂肉類,且燒臘便當的飯量很多,熱量就爆高,「傷腎不只熱量最後會淋上美味高鹽高糖的醬汁,美味的三寶飯真的超傷腎。建議盡量少吃」。

第三名 炸雞排:

雞排可怕的不單是熱量,油品若不按時更換,回鍋油更是很多的致癌物與重金屬,經常吃炸雞排不單單是發胖更是傷肝傷腎身心傷血管提升致癌率。

第二名 日式拉麵:

高血鈉除了造成腎臟負荷、超級傷血管,更造成水腫、高血壓與痛風的發作,絕對是傷腎的大魔王。

第一名 珍珠奶茶:

高果糖是傷腎的另一大原因,而一杯700c.c.珍珠奶茶的含糖量約50至60公克,只喝半杯就超標珍奶當中的高果糖糖漿,其果糖分子代謝會產生過多的磷酸三碳糖,促進肝臟內生性脂質合成,也會增加三酸甘油酯堆積胰島素阻抗的增加,提高糖尿病、高血壓、脂肪肝、痛風等慢性疾病的風險。這些慢性病症是傷腎的最大元兇。
